I just use virtual run mode on my Coros watch. Accurate enough. How does Zwift know if you're standing next to the smart treadmill and not running?

I just get catastrophic punctures on my road tires with sealant. Switched back to TPU tubes this summer. Sealant has saved me a few times on my 40C gravel tires though.

Until you get a flat. Then the pressure sprays sealant everywhere.

Still lots of bad tire/rim combos. I have Light Bicycle WR series rims and run Tufo Thundero with zero issues.

Unless you're running 32C or wider it's not worth it.

I'd rather just watch women's cycling.
