When comparing male and female rats in one experiment:
✅ No robust sex differences in avoidance nor generalization
🚨 Only subtle differences in extinction.

We tweaked the platform-mediated avoidance task to include a generalization phase between avoidance acquisition and extinction. The generalization phase consisted of introducing two new tones of differeent frequencies 🎶
