Today’s a good day for this little reminder. 3 years ago today I had a tumour removed and permanent stoma fitted. If you have any symptoms please get checked. It could save your life. It did mine!!

There’s a lot of mixed feeling/thoughts to Jota coming back. I loved him before and I’m happy to see him back. Money isn’t everything but who can honestly say they wouldn’t have taken the money he was offered to leave? Welcome back Jota.
