We show that LEF1 acts as an oncogenic transcription factor in CLL, with its impact driven not by mRNA levels but by protein stability and alternative splicing:
🔹 Aggressive CLL stabilizes LEF1 protein 🔹 Exon 6–skipping isoforms drive proliferation, while full-length LEF1 promotes quiescence
