Zelda Notes is the tool on the Nintendo Switch App that helps with completing the games. But I believe it's only compatible with the Switch 2 editions of BotW and TotK. However, you can also use the ZD interactive map if you're on the regular Switch version.

The ZD interactive map made this super doable for me before. This app is essentially the same, but the tracking in real time was nice!
