My delulu thoughts: Alastor crushed Vox in the past to either
a) teach him a lesson not to trust ppl so easily
b) protect him from rosie—if Vox got more powerful, it could affect Alastor's deal in keeping him the most powerful sinner
Maybe thats why those overlords went 'missing'

b) protect him from rosie—if Vox got more powerful, it could affect Alastor's deal in keeping him the most powerful sinner
