My comment above seems to have aged quite badly. I can tell that things are changing because people that I know well - who have always been life long Conservatives - are choosing to put their vote elsewhere. It’s like a cultural shift?

Do we already know the result of a general election? The Labour Party would have to do particularly well to overturn the result of GE 2019. If Sir Kier has a majority of just one that will be quite an achievement for just one Parliament.
