I, too, got rid of IG and Tik Tok. I’m taking a break from FB as I transition to Blue Sky. I love reading, but can’t concentrate right now. 😞 Hopefully, I will again soon.

My kids (when living in Illinois) were part of a study of how the ammonia affects our bodies because they were constantly sick with pneumonia and bronchitis.
