Like all of Wagamese's books I found myself in tears as I read. Wagamese in all of his books gives voice to the voiceless and the disinherited of society. Losing him at only age 61 was a major loss. #BookSky

Even if you are not a "church" or "Jesus" person I cannot recommend this book enough. Thurman wrote this book in 1949 & MLK always kept a copy with him. If ever there was a time to read from these prophetic voices it is now. ❤️

This week we did our annual cookie gifting to our neighbors & friends. We started during COVID to bring some cheer & just kept on. We are now up to 30 plates. Many people are lonely especially at this time of year. It is amazing what a little treat can do. Be kind ❤️
