Yesterday, we presented our work on barriers students face when they learn about parallel coordinates plots at the IEEE EduVis Workshop. We identified 12 barriers for PCP literacy related to reading, understanding, and constructing a PCP.

This is for a niche crowd, but if you need to draw Trees in LaTeX the 'forest' package is wonderful and very easy to use. 🌴

We recently concluded GirlTechPower (a 6-week free coding workshop for middle-school girls) at the University of San Francisco. Students were introduced to Python and worked on some fun projects. Thank you, @craignewmark.bsky.social for funding the USF students who helped with the workshop! 🙏
