Bought a pork butt on Friday to smoke this weekend. Didn't do it yesterday because it was supposed to rain all day (also didn't go to the Ren Faire for the same reason); no rain whatsoever. Smoking today, the day no rain was supposed to happen; it is currently raining on our rig 5 hrs in. 🤨
