Yes! And because you know he can't really die and would be back again, it undercut the emotional impact of his death in the last movie, leaving the audience feeling a bit flat.

I have only read a few so far and I am really impressed by the diligence and kindness from the Appeal Commissioner who must stick rigidly to the wording of the legislation.
