MA, NY, NJ & CA asked the FDA yesterday to remove restrictions on the abortion pill given "mifepristone’s well-established 25-year safety record."
They asked to fully lift the REMS program, which Rs are concurrently fighting to put back in place. www.mass.gov/doc/rems-mif...

During today's HHS budget hearing, Hawley brought up that junk science report & asked RFK if he believes this is reason enough to restrict access to the abortion pill mifepristone.

The clinics provide more than repro health, they also offer vaccination services, chronic pain treatment & more. They primarily serve Spanish-speaking, low-income communities.

A third woman told investigators she went to the Waller clinic in March bc she was pregnant. She delivered twins 6 months earlier by C-section and was worried about the health of her pregnancy.
