Different games I think! The game 40 years ago was when Joe scored 4. Gordon West in goal. You are right there was a game which George Wood would have been goalie I guess when Latch got 5 and Dobson scored 3. I was there too! (I am an old fart). I chatted to Dobbo at a function and he recalled it

Was at the game but don’t recall that chant. Wood put the kettle on doesn’t work. I’m guessing it would have been ‘Georgie put the kettle on’. Hope that makes sense!
