Some of the reason it might not be a story is because there's literally NOTHING happening in Portland right now, like nothing. Fox is playing old clips of protests from covid time to hype them all up but when the troops get there it's going to be crickets. Hopefully at least.

They aren't even police, and that's such a joke. Not that it isn't all some sick joke but seriously, they're cosplaying as police with live weapons and killing people.

I'm fairly certain at least one bystander had a gun, they always do in this country, but its a real Sophie's choice of whether to stand up for someone being abused or keep licking the boot of the abuser

I don't have kids but working as a sysadmin I'm always thinking about how difficult this must be for parents, especially in the wake of the CK video circulating. I talk to co-workers a lot about it and hear a lot of the same frustrations.

It makes me really happy to see Tennessee Holler in the top of the list! They do a lot of good work for our small progressive faction in the south.
