So, if someone says something innocent, others hear it and interpret it a different way, we want our government to side with assuming negative intent of it's people? Not exactly the type of society I'm excited to live in.

Isn't congress and the courts controlled by Trump now? If he actually wants to take action on all his talk, few to no unbiased checks exist.

What would actually stop him from buying up every US media outlet? He has the money. He has Trump in his back pocket. There sure as hell ain't gonna be any regulation that would stop him. Probably the only thing that would stop him is he might not be interested in MSNBC's audience.

As long as humans click on those videos and then watch those videos, people will keep using words and methods to acquire attention. As @garyvee.com says,we are all day trading attention. So if big scary words get attention, people will use those big scary words.
