That’s great for you. But your loan holder could. They’re allowed to garnish up to 15% of your paycheck.

You can’t default on student loans, the govt will just start garnishing your wages and it will ruin your credit. Student loans also can’t be discharged through bankruptcy. It’s a fucked system.
