I’m 67 years old. I recently had a stroke. Have 2 fully blocked heart arteries, third is 91% blocked, taking half a ton of meds.
Yet feeling fine. Do weights, walk or bike for at least 1 hour.
For those in similar predicament, be positive, talk to people. Even with me, on IG, FB. Cheers
