I guess in a less cynical lens this would be "students believe in their staff and trust the process"

Actually I had a friend growing up who wasn't allowed to say "good luck" because luck=gambling=sin, so she said "be blessed." Maybe that's my next thing I start saying as a joke that accidentally becomes real.
