Ten years ago today, the #Bataclan attack deeply traumatized France and all of Europe. We remember the 130 victims and stand with their families and survivors.

The #OSCE and @coe.int were created to sustain peace in Europe. As Europe rearms massively, we must also invest in our #DemocraticSecurity.
