Risk to security of collection? What are they talking about?! Stopping people getting into the grounds without paying more likely. Just put a fence either side of the path to stop people wandering.

I did the IOW coast path with HF Holidays in 2008 and we skipped that bit because we would have had to walk on the busy A road. 17 years later it can only have got worse. Its not like the Royals are ever in residence at Osborne house !
