You have to cook the bechamel on a stove top but you can make it ahead and then just pop your casserole in the oven whenever

I can't fathom who he might be talking about.
November 22, 2025 at 5:29 PM
I'm very interested in the elision between public and private law in the pro general law scholarship.
November 21, 2025 at 12:14 PM
Oh goodness that last would be v bad
November 20, 2025 at 10:58 PM
So does that mean the judge now needs to call in that person to find out the truth of the matter?
November 20, 2025 at 10:56 PM
I'm confused about what the foreperson testified to at the most recent hearing, wasn't it that the 2 count indictment wasn't voted on by the 12? (I think the view was well they voted on the substance so that's good enough?)

ALSO 28 U.S.C. § 1652

The laws of the several states, except where the Constitution or treaties of the United States or Acts of Congress otherwise require or provide, shall be regarded as rules of decision in civil actions in the courts of the United States, in cases where they apply.

Nobody got IRB approval that's for sure
November 20, 2025 at 8:54 PM
I see that now. Because the general law has a ton to say about Mississippi's Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act?

Even Swift recognized that statutes were state law.

Okay, everyone reading this who is into this stuff (niche group) I highly recommend Ed Purcell's Litigation & Inequality.
November 20, 2025 at 8:49 PM
Is this a "general law" thing?
November 20, 2025 at 8:14 PM
Indictment (cleaned up)
November 19, 2025 at 4:50 PM
I will have to look it up -- unprepared for class again! -- but in general have you written about a do over in the voting context?
November 19, 2025 at 4:50 PM
Rick, I know of one case in the 1970s ordering a do-over. Thoughts on that?

I love this and if I can help in any way....(Not that I am very useful but I do know some very thoughtful L Rev editors!)

How's the work your AI doppelganger is doing though? Any good?
November 18, 2025 at 8:41 PM
All right, who is the CS whiz who's going to invent this?
November 18, 2025 at 5:26 PM
I hate the transfer of wealth bc, at the end of the day, it's one more thing that limits the budget that goes to student aid, the library, etc. I wonder if some smart cookie can create an internal online system law reviews can use the way HLR does.

Don't be crazy

Would definitely make the outrageous prices of AALS worth it.
November 18, 2025 at 5:02 PM
The price is wholly unjustified
