The Lanckman Archive and Cinémathèque has once again expanded its collections...

I had a magnificent time at Il Cinema Ritrovato - many films, many friends, many drinks, slight hysteria throughout - but now I'm back and have to deal with things like unpacking my suitcase, getting some research done over summer (lol), and also a house move. Ahhhhhhhh.

Saw Maria, as a person who's been in love with Maria Callas for the past twenty years - and I LOVED it. I felt like the exact target audience for this rather lovely and mildly unhinged film.

I went to see the Marina Abramovic thing at the Royal Academy yesterday and it was fab - much recommended.
