It’s literally a bunch of numbers in a text file. They get feedback across the internet and balance around it already but just do so a month in delay. All they would have to do is keep up with it bi-weekly instead. Like I said they have pro tourneys all the time.

who are you mad at? valve wants feedback for their game and the game has tournaments being played with top level players in it all the time. they can afford to make kelvin ice beam not totally ass to play against for the first time since may 2024
