Shopping for some home projects~ 🌳 🪵

8 years ago, on a Sunday morning, I said goodbye to this amazing guy at a station in Berlin. I had just met him and here he was heading off to catch his flight home to Australia. Things seemed so uncertain that morning, but today we went back to the same spot. After 8 wonderful years together. 💙 ❤️

Traversing the Hardergrat in Switzerland with @tawy.bsky.social, @arkythewolf.bsky.social and @queuefox.bsky.social. This was definitely the most challenging but also most amazing hike I’ve ever done. 🫠 Think I’ll need a few days to recover though haha.

The owners left us a floral (I say it 🍑s) mural in the bedroom. Painted over it with a nice rosemary green… no more waking up with 🍑s hovering above us… … 😔

Had a fun off-site/ team-building event with the colleagues yesterday evening. Dutch beaches showing themselves from their best side here. ☀️ 🍹 🎉

First thing moved into the new home: Planty I got from my mom when I moved into my own first place years ago. 💚 She’ll get a lot more sun on this rooftop terrace.

Hiking along the Guardian Angel trail at Red Rock Canyon National Reserve (close to Las Vegas). 🥵

Phew… 😮‍💨 Quarter-Marathon completed. Longest distance for me so far. Loved the overall vibe, especially with the spectators. So many positive reactions. People not only cheering on friends or family members who participate, but complete strangers. 💙 Rotterdamers rock!

@woxplosion.bsky.social and I finally got the keys to our new place yesterday. :) Happy as can be! So many fun projects to work on in the upcoming weeks and months haha.
