Let's say as an AI user, I know where and what to look.

It's just like counterfeit notes/bills. Once you know how to detect them, it's harder to be fooled.

Also, like I said, I think people deserve to know if it's AI or not. This is what motivated me to make this thread.

Seeing the angle, we could argue his thumb is hidden.

You'll notice I also had the issue with the plant in the barrel. I was less experienced at that time, but now this is something I could easily remove.

To clarify things, I have no beef against this artist, but if you use AI, the least you can do is to be transparent about it and let your viewers/followers know you used it.

I hope it will help people to have a better understanding on how to spot elements that AI often screws up and detect pictures that are AI generated, and also, see the difference between a good AI pic and a bad one

I would add some elements based on my observations.

@andythebear01.bsky.social usualy signs his pictures next to the character. Here, it was added at the bottom right.

He also rarely draws complex backgrounds and uses white backgrounds or abstract backgrounds.

Let's talk about the background + other elements

The background in general is incoherent. A stone wall on the right followed by a wooden wall on the left?

1. Plant in a misshapen barrel
2. Incoherent
3. Patterns. AI loves this
4. Digital signature
5. Left arm is less muscular

Now, other elements on Senshi's body.

I spotted artifacts in Senshi's hair on his armband and poorly drawn lines, which is something AI often does.

On his hand, the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint of his pinky is misaligned. Its base is too large too.

Let's start with the helmet/face

1. The dent in X shape is on the front. Not the back. The metal plate at the top is misplaced.
2. X dent misplaced + metal shard?
3. Missing holes/dents
4. Generic anime eyes.
5. Generic mustache
6. Pointy nose. Nose bridge?
7. Bad angle
8. Eyebrows?

First, you can block me on X dude, it won't stop me from telling people you are tricking them into thinking you drew this picture, when it is obvious you didn't.

Second, It is one thing to use AI and I have NOTHING against it, but at least, be honest to yourself and your viewers.
