Whisperain - B- - We count a few Whisperain defenders in our ranks, but we weren't comfortable with Nowell at the same grade as the other B Medics. Whisperain ultimately sticks out among them, so it made more sense to bring her down than Nowell up. (3/3)

Egg2: The powercreep is so insane that even in the short life of the current tier list, it's already too top heavy! It ultimately didn't make sense Egg was so much higher than Ente. He's still a great unit, but laneholders just aren't as good as they used to be. (2/3)

Additionally, we've made two changes for consistency with the new units. Executor the Ex Foedere down to S- and Whisperain to to B. (1/3)

Totter - Up to B+. Totter has some pretty remarkable damage for a 4*, plus pretty rare utility and a huge range. While much of it does get outshined by higher rarities, he brings enough to justify being one of the higher graded at his rarity. 7/7

Blue Poison - Up to B+. Marksman are not a super valuable archetype (unless you're Kroos2), but among them BP is usually the best non-6*. She has a high DPH consistent skill, and a high DPS burst skill which ultimately gives her a lot of flexibility for the DP cost. 6/7

Firewatch - Up to A-. Firewatch has a stupidly good cycle, good DPH, and true stealth, plus can flex to a big nuke. It all makes for a very powerful 5* that's more valuable than the first 6* in her archetype. 5/7

Kroos2 - Up to A. How is Kroos2 a welfare? Her total damage is so ridiculous that she has been consistently valuable since her release, plus has control on top. She is arguably the most impactful welfare we've ever had. 4/7

April - Up to A. April is probably the most unique 5*, with no higher rarity alternative in the 4.5 years since her release. Her instantly available stealth and damage marks her as a unique value that can solve a lot of problems even higher rarities struggle with. 3/7

Greyy2 - Up to A. Few units see their stocks rise from release to present as much as Greyy's alter. His blend of control, damage, and range is really remarkable for the rarity. Any IS player already knows this, but he's just as valuable in the broader game as well. 2/7

We also voted on dropping Fartooth. Her design is just so clunky and isn't even good when the stars align in her favor. However, the voting ended up tied, so she keeps her B+... for now. 2/2
