Cyber discourse often focuses on attribution, but law goes beyond punishment. It guides behavior and reflects values. Drawing a line between right and wrong is vital - now more than ever. A good resolution, adopted by consensus (though specific). Credits to @trodenhauser.bsky.social and the team.
