had such a difficult time focusing on my consults today trying to think if i did or said something wrong

the other day i got a bone screening done and my bone mass is apparently decreased. the nutritionist told me that i need to exercise more and lose weight (despite having a normal BMI) since it might reduce all the body pains i’ve been feeling 🥹

i feel so irritable today because my mom woke me up twice last night for something that could wait the next day

going back to work tomorrow after an extra long weekend. already dreading the number of patients i’ll have
