I would also say maybe try some breathing exercises. Really helps with stretching and waking up your body in the morning.

I just saw it for the first time this year! I have no idea why I never watched it before. Only heard about it in the last few years too.

It's in my top ten games of all time. Not only is the story really good but the gameplay can be pretty addicting to. Great voice cast in Japanese and English. Soundtrack is superb.
