Although the final design was changed (probably for simplicity), we can still see him wearing a bunch of t-shirts with various fun prints in the anime (SM & JN), as well as his love for lame souvenirs (AG015, DP095, XY059)!

Sapphira is still smaller than other Glameow, being the size of Pikachu. But I retconned ear tufts at some point because I wanted to stick to canon… But now I’m thinking if by doing so I just deprived her of her individuality? But also I’m afraid to overcomplicate her design…

Thank uuu! She’s recurring rival and companion, yes, that accompanied him in all regions! But unlike other companions, she doesn’t travel with him always - she’s basically on her own separate journey, but their paths keep intertwine until they become one eventually!
