Backporting features from WWF No Mercy into #WM2000. I'm planning to make it more friendly to hack/ mod arenas....or Ring area to be specific.

Soon, this will be available, and you won't need a Gameshark code. Farooq will also become Faarooq

I've been trying to get the Al screen working properly over the past few days. Clearly, porting code directly from VPW2 did not work, so I had to cheat. Couple more bits to sort out. Thanks to @RetroRandyPrice for helping to get the sound working.
