I don't have it set up at the moment (workspace being used for other stuff), but I have this nice old machine that I inherited from my Grandmother. I keep it maintained and it has a cover so it still works quite well when I do need it.

#Food #Review tried the #Reese's #Oreo and I liked it. The white "cream" top gets a little lost, but the pieces of Oreo cookies are still nice and crunchy as well as standing out from the peanut butter. Definitely worth a try if you like regular Reese's though maybe wait for a sale

I was offered a Little Debbie Fall Pumpkin Spice Roll and so I tried it. Decent flavor with some actual bite from the pumpkin spice mix. You can taste the cloves and ginger. Though the filling is a fluffy cream and I prefer a denser filling in rolls, which for me personally docks it a point.

Tried the seasonal limited edition Dunkin' Iced Coffee Merry Mint Bark drink.
Eh. I won't comment on the coffee flavor itself. If you like Dunkin' coffee, we'll, there you go. I'm a bit of a coffee snob though. Anyway, I am disappointed because there isn't much mint flavor to it

I played a Fortune Lady deck in paper back when they first came out. I loved their level changing mechanic, but even then I had to admit they were cringe. Especially when everyone else was playing Gladiator Beasts. Because there I was, playing the Lady deck as the college guy facing young kids.

I tried one of the many offerings of "Dubai Style Chocolate". The brand I chose was relatively high quality. Decent chocolate, alright pistachio flavor, and the Kadayif still crunched. Though the crunchy bits were really small so lacked some of the pizaz. Overall the flavor combination works. 7/10

Salted caramel Butterfingers
After that first explosion of caramel, the PB comes into its own. This is one of those rare instances where the added flavor enhances the experience. I love PB and caramel so this is perfect for me.

Made some masa para tamale to test my recipe for it. I basically went and combined a bunch of online recipes and then made a small batch. It took 3 batches to get right and removing half the recipes I found. Check the alt text of the image for the method to my madness. #cooking #homecooking

New KitKat flavor dropped, Ghost Toast, or as most people will refer to it, cinnamon toast.
I enjoyed the flavor quite a bit. They really got it right with this one.

My car got a bit of a love tap at some point between Sunday and Monday afternoon. Was in Philly on Sunday and went shopping on Monday so take your pick. It's a 2009 and fully paid off so I didn't have collision, costs too much for what they'd pay. I'll have to at least get it looked at.

The furry fandom is getting old enough that our elders are beginning to pass. This was not that. @dragoneer.bsky.social was killed by the US healthcare system. I didn't know him, but my life was irrevocably changed for the better by what he created. All of my love and support to those he left behind

Made some quesadillas with homemade corn tortillas, Monterey jack cheese, and yellow rice from a box. The tortillas have that odd texture on one side because I don't have any regular plastic bags, so I use a bag meant for vacuum sealing which has said pattern.
