But it totally and completely depends on the feedback being given, and what type it is (grammar/sentence structure VS plot/character development, for example).

The general rule I try to keep in mind these days is that if one person says it, it’s their opinion (depending on what it is), and I should keep it in mind.
If multiple people say the same thing as the first, I should probably take it seriously and consider it.

He insisted on laying in my lap, *under* the laptop desk. Didn’t last long, but apparently it was comfortable enough for him while he sat there 😂
