So, I tend to edit as I go and revise while drafting because I need to know what happens first before I know what's happening next. However, I'm part of a group which does workshops on various aspects of writing, and we have some good tips and tricks for editing - feralwritersclub.net/editing.php
Once you have finished a manuscript, put it down for at least 30 days. Once that is over, it's time to read it. Just read it.

If I understand it correctly, it also doesn’t provided immunity to the President if they are successfully impeached as well. Which is why impeaching him is critical.

Second thought - No, it's just one wolf. When it was young it stole and ate the farmer's plump juicy chickens. Then a red-neck yokel captured it and only feeds it cheap dog food. Every so often a chicken gets into its cage, but it's mostly just eating crap.

This is why I prefer writing to speaking. I never know what’s going to come out of my mouth, but I can think about my writing word choices.
