You would be surprised. A large portion of the fans think we won a super bowl and were happy with the lack of moves in the off-season. Many don't realize that the past two seasons may have been the window.

From what I have seen and read, it is already over 50% U. S. Investor owned (in smaller chunks). So, technically, doesn't it already meet the criteria?
