I hope to win the new sims4 pack, Adventure Awaits. While I wait to find out, I need more households to rotate play with. I haven't really explored Nordhaven. New Harbor Park is abandoned so I am going to do rags to riches there. Here are the traits and challenge.

Seeing that Marhak was having a good time, she decide to pop the question now. Will you come to prom with me? So surprised, he immediately said yes. But inside he is wondering if this budding romance is going to make things awkward in the club. He knows one other girl has a crush on him too.

It finally sunk into Marhak's head that Ereldra said she has a crush on him. He asked her on a date and it was a disaster. He thought for sure she would never want to see him again and even kick him out of the adventuring club. So she asked him on another and, with planning, it went much better!

Long galley style kitchen, blue and yellow tile theme, chef's station. Fish tank with fish, bathroom door Game room: left - video game mat, two vending machines, middle - foosball table, Right - arcade video game. Color theme is mostly orange and blue.

To the left - games table, middle - shelving unit with games/puzzles, right - stairs going up and fish tank against stair divider wall. Four dining tables and games tables. Counter with coffee pot on it, next to a banquet table. You can see the swing doors to the kitchen. two fish tanks.

Lobby
To the right is check in desk with lots of plants and flower vases. Up ahead is the doors to the party dock. Again mostly using island and spa decor. Seating area in the lobby - couch, chairs, coffee table, pouf, plants and vintage free standing record table.

Bathhouse and one of the two over-water rooms.
Bathhouse floor plan. Three private stalls on right end, three semi private showers on left end and two sinks against a divider wall in middle. I used the blue cat onsen wallpaper and the matching blue tiles, white tile floor. Free standing over-water hotel room. attached dock walkway in front and back of hut. Made mostly with Island and spa times. Bed, ceiling fan, desk, bathroom,chair and built in closet. Doors to both decks.

Main building floor plans.
1st floor plan has chef's kitchen, bathroom, dining/game table area, lobby ,"arcade" and stairs to second floor. 2nd floor plan has stairs coming up, hallway to rooms, four hotel rooms. Around this is a deck on three sides of the building.

Over the water building is fun but a little challenging. You can't alter the depth as far as I can tell.
