I've not posted about it since the launch, but I've been very busy the past week playing #PokemonLegendsZA 🎮

Still can't believe people can't tell the difference between 'the UK has left the EU as part of Brexit' and 'the UK has left Europe' because I still hear people say that the UK is not a part of Europe...

Completely missed the fact that Google revealed a new smart home speaker a week ago. Looks quirky. Has AI. Has a...subscription (thankfully just for 'Gemin Live') 🙃

Not launching right now, but I might look into getting a Home Assistant Voice PE to play around with in the meantime.

You know what Apple should do with that NameDrop feature?

Allow third party developers to make use of the tech

Imagine being able to trade Pokemon cards from Pokemon TCGP by holding two phones together to trade them

I've heard the term 996 floated around a few times the last few weeks and I didn't know what it stood for

Apparently it means working from 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week (Monday to Friday) and for some reason this is really common/getting common in Silicon Valley tech companies

Quite a lot of gamers are not happy over the Xbox game pass price increase, however this has always been the case for any type of subscription service of this nature (just look at Spotify, Netflix, Disney Plus, etc.)

Apparently Baldur's Gate 3's native Steam Deck build was build by a single engineer that wanted a smoother version of the game on Steam Deck & worked on the project outside of working hours

I hope they got a bonus cause that's quite an accomplishment

I can't be the only person that is frustrated with the repost button on Instagram

It's too close to the 'View comments' button

I find that I've accidentally reposted things without even realising it 🤦🏽‍♂️

Folding bike ✅
Helmet ✅
Folding boat ✅

...wait what was that last one?

This is an old video but today I learnt, someone commuted to the New York Google office, via bike and boat because it was faster that taking a train/cycling the whole way 🚲

Nice little UX finding from

Feeling sad because I opened a fresh pack of Greek Yogurt I bought recently, today and saw it was already mouldy

Disappointing because this is double the price of the Greek ‘style’ yogurt I normally bought in the past
