Our forests store carbon.
Our soil feeds life.

Protecting these systems isn’t a debate.
It’s survival.

For years now, the Endangered Species Act has had a simple safety net: threatened species automatically get basic protections from harm, killing, trapping, or trade. This blanket rule has helped ensure that vulnerable species get protection immediately.

But of course that’s all about to change ⤵️🧵

Our coasts are our first line of defense against rising seas, stronger storms, erosion, and climate change. They protect our coastal communities, ecosystems, and economies.

But as storms intensify and flooding worsens, it’s now our turn to protect the protectors 🌊 ⬇️

👏🏼👏🏼 South Korea just passed a national law requiring all large parking lots (those with more than 80 spaces) to install solar canopies!

That means every supermarket, office, and mall lot could soon double as a clean energy hub, feeding power into the grid and making smarter use of space! 🌞
