I don't see mate, but 1.Rc8+ Qxc8 2. Qxc8 Kxa7 gives you Q v R+2 pawns which seems like it would be winning

And at the end blacks up and exchange. Did I miss something stronger? Seems like all other lines lead to mate on either h7 or g7

I guess another defense could be Ne7, but after 2.Nxe7+ Qxe7 3.Bxe7 they're down a queen, but prevent mate after f7
