I have a permanent retainers on both my top teeth and bottom teeth, it's so annoying. Especially when eating a hard food and it pops loose at the end so its just a sharp wire poking my tongue.
It costs like 100$ to reattach at the dentist and it takes them less than 10 minutes 😭
