I'll die on the hill that only the '23 Nadeshiko away shirt is S tier.

still disappointed, that we did not keep him for a third year.

I hope you can come back soon. I still haven't made it to the big swan.

Just a boycott of support after last week's performance. During the warmup they showed a banner that the players should win the vocal support.

Und ja, ich geh hier zu den meisten Heimspielen, wenn es beruflich geht. Die Vorsaengerin braucht kein Megaphon um auch die Haupt- und Gegengerade zum Support aufzufordern.

I think it is systemic. Yes, they get into the box (and get xp), but it is all rush-rush in high traffic and no time to aim, so their shots are all terrible. Just look at how Germain did against inferior opposition in the national team - plenty of time to decide and suddenly he scores...

Why am I not surprised that the right wing thugs from Osaka join the organized crime right wing Jimingumi.

I think so many pick up this because even if completely fabricated, a large echo might at the least put some pressure on the AFC to tone down their corruption

he's pretty good, despite his miss today.

I hope you are going to talk about Kasahara. We were terrible, but his refereeing was worse, the PK, the no contact yellow cards, the no-contact corner before the second goal.
He needs to be removed from duty.

especially in the example I mentioned, what should the club have done other than telling them not to sing...
Besides we also got fined when the YFM supporters attacked ours in their stadium which again had nothing to do with our Club.
It is just a double standard and has been for a while.

it is always amazing how the JLeague always applies the same punishments for similar actions - not.
We got 2000 Man for singing outside the stadium, Tokyo 500 for potentially deadly fireworks inside the stadium, YFM - grills chirping.

for this one I might need timestamps to skip the Urawa part...

I've only been there once, but I quite like it. Too bad that the away support was moved under the roof, though.

L ticket is really the worst. Most of the time I cannot even log in properly using a handful of different browsers...

Kurishima went to Mainz.

interesting. All I know is that we certainly are not stronger than before he fired Kusunose. Maybe the kids surprise us, but better than mid-table would surprise me.
My guess is that it is more of a Dunning-Krueger with too much ego and too little knowledge. But active destruction is also likely.

The upper half of the table thanks you while the lower half is probably not as happy...

For Urawa, the goal has to be to get back into the ACLE, win it or at least get to the finals and hopefully do better next time in the CWC.
Our support is already world-class, now the club and the players need to follow.
June 26, 2025 at 5:34 AM
I think the scouting has already changed a little in the last years, not just agent-pushed Brazilians but a more active selection in affordable regions such as Scandinavia, etc
It is certainly not there yet, but different players come in.
June 26, 2025 at 5:34 AM
The Club(s) probably need to improve their scouting and become more business savvy (transfer fees but also international shirt sales, etc). I do not think one should give up the foreigner rules as player development is still key before the best move to Europe.
June 26, 2025 at 5:34 AM
I think we have seen that top Jleague CBs are not nearly good enough on the world stage and that our subs mostly cannot compete. I doubt that any other JLeague club would have performed much better (just look how far the Mitoma Kawasaki went in the ACL, not to mention the "No1 Jokes in Asia").
