Meaning that rolling back DEI is only going to expose what America has been hiding all along which is the fact tht those who had to work twice as hard are going to prosper over the "good ol boy" system & firms will suffer for conforming to tht system by not being competitive enough to keep up

A firm would rather (historically and not always the case obviously) have an all white environment than qualified (colored) individuals, but in this age and generation, we can't afford to have mediocrity as well as the face of advancement...

Even with initiatives like affirmative action and DEI programs, minorities have ALWAYS had to work twice as hard to get to the same lvl. Historically, white (man especially) have been hired over their more qualified blk & brown counterparts due to racism and discrimination...
