On Saturday I lost one of the most important people in my life. My dad. He was an incredible man who inspired me to be myself no matter what that looked like. He gave me one of the most beautiful gifts anyone could give, music. He gave me the best childhood anyone could ask for.

Feeling good today. Been struggling all year with my disability and today I see quantifiable evidence that my condition is improving through proper self care. I feel there is hope. This is something I am not used to feeling. I am so happy I am feeling it now!

Most people accessorise themselves with a new watch. I tend to accessorise with new personalities and give them sonas. As much as I struggle with self worth, I do love all of the me's in my head.

Struggling hard with my ME this year, which is the reason I have had to step back from work. This week, though, has been the first week where I have seen progress and recovery. Small, but it's there. Remember the small victories. They are the rainbows that carry you through the stormy seasons.

What to the cinema today to see Dinosaurs. There was a dad and his kid next to me. The dad was about my age. Think its beautiful that someone who probably saw the original Jurassic Park in cinema as a kid, is now taking his own boy to see the new one. So wholesome. Film was ok.
