This is the smaller size. Funny enough, the original versions were nearly twice this size. Oddly enough, still smaller on SW2 than Split Fiction.

Interesting that they picked Overcooked 2 instead of All you can Eat. Though maybe due to the idea that All you can Eat is the only version currently with problems running on Switch 2. Still, would’ve been nice to have a S2 version of that one. Fortunately, I already have Overcooked 2 so it works.

Nice. And a free upgrade as well.

Nice. It’s a good game, so far. I’m having fun with the systems, and even the Bazaar activities feel a bit like a twist on the mini game challenges that Fantasy Life has for the crafting occupations. Especially when trying to swap things on display based on moment-to-moment customer demand.

You have been killing it when it comes to these remasters. I’m loving them on PC and Switch. Including the way you accurately recreated Doom 64. I wonder if the Descent games are on the radar?

Not sure why it would take a lot of work. The game already runs fine on specs that are lesser than the Switch 2 without even using DLSS.

Is it kind of funny with all the comments saying how few people will get this reference (likely right), yet the reference came from the very people who are selling one of the largest most famous video game franchises known to everybody regardless of age. All with the high anticipated release to come

Nice. I forgot how incredibly close to my birthday, this game is.

It works. The site is just busy. I was able to get one. Though it is currently delivery only. You can still pre-order, and maybe later when it comes up, change it to store pickup, if you want.

Another few to add. Monster Hunter Rise/Sunbreak and Generations Ultimate both run at a constant 30fps, including Sunbreak’ most expensive fights. Also, Monster Hunter Strories 2 automatically now runs at a locked 60fps.

That’s right up there with the special Collector’s Edition of the FF 1-6 collection. Some neat stuff, but definitely asking $250 was/is steep.

I went there, and there are 3 versions available. The Standard regular version, the Collectors Box without game, and the Collectors Box with the game. I just needed the standard version.

Not surprised at all. Even before they made a number of pre-Switch ports of the game, they had long since given up on Save the World mode. I thought it was a neat idea, but the developer obviously doesn’t think so.

This is something I could say I called it, but really, I think it was obvious to everybody that No Man’s Sky was a shoe in for the free upgrade to Switch 2. I feel Minecraft is soon to follow, if they didn’t silently do it already.

That would put an expectation that we’d also get a repeat of the Trees, when the wind picks up, violently shaking like they’re about to become monsters, come out of the ground, and kill you.

To a degree, that’s pretty cool. It’s using the high degree of people who will still have Switch 1 consoles or Switch lites at home, and can immediately get a multiplayer sessions out of it. Forward thinking about the family.

I get it. It’s real time streaming since it also works to stream to the Original Switch consoles. Thus connected Switch 1 players (receiving the share) are technically playing a Switch 2 game.

What? It isn’t rated M for (M)aybe we’ll include a Rodney Dangerfield skin? :)

There’s a joke in there. Mainly because Youtube is a free app, and that the account stuff is separate from the application itself. It’s always based on inidividual registered hardware regardless of platform.

Chinatown Wars. What a neat game.

Nice. I was posting this fact, a number of times. I was all in on the Marvelous titles, not only because I’m a fan of those series, but also because they went all Physical on their releases. Having their cozy games and Daemon X Machina all physical was peak.

@wario64.bsky.social You might want to check this to see if it is still up.

It’s way bumped. They already mentioned that you pretty much get a solid 60fps to go with that resolution increase.
