It might sound a little far out if you come from a western background where nutritional content is broken down into calculable terms, but we can look at practices that share similarities with #prāna that have been recognized as beneficial within the scientific community, like forest bathing. #Japan

In the Āyurvedic text Aṣṭāñga Hṛdayam, vaidyas (Āyurvedic Doctors) are instructed not to treat people for free, perhaps because material exchange is energetic exchange, and the investment of each party is essential to the process of alignment (healing). #ayurveda #healing #karma #dharma #artha
