The show uses some of the same tropes as Deadwood, and I expect will appeal to its fans, despite the glaring lack of Timothy Olyphant.

I'm not sure what you mean by S-tier, but I always appreciate Reed Diamond and Mark Sheppard in any show. They add a lot of flavor. Also Kether Donohue, who is delightful, and Desmin Borges.
