directive injects third syringe applying weaken and lifestealing on hit

this is a pretty bad showcase because the damage numbers didnt increase from -armor but the heal went from 5 to 6 consistently afterwards so i can only assume it works properly (lol)

directive inject uses the same strafing system as the other survivors which means he can walk/jump while shooting

i keep using he for rex out of habit but i guess it would be more like it or they if i count the plant

rex shows up in the select screen and even has a unique animation, as well as walking, jumping, and ability sprites
