Yeah I had to scout about to find where the uplift was, I was already subscribed too. I certainly don't use it enough for the price it is now !

Exactly, it seems like they think people will be blinded and not see the extortionate price hikes! Hopefully the backlash will show them that they need to change course but I think that's just a lost cause at this stage

It will change from next month, if you log into MS and look at your subscriptions, it will show the price change from next month. I cancelled mine yesterday though that in itself was a chore as the page didn't load!

Yeah it doesn't surprise me, I had issues trying to cancel, started on my PC but it was not loading so managed to cancel on my phone. Funnily enough there was not the normal "tell us why you're cancelling" questionnaire..... I wonder why 🤣

As I said initially, if you actually developed games then all good, only you know deep down if you were. And if you weren't, I hope it gives you the extra clout you're after/need. Best regards, a random on the internet.

I'm just saying there has been lots of controversy lately for people saying they're a game developer and they're not, and marketing isn't a game developer, perhaps it would be good to hear how and what games you developed as I haven't seen or heard any mention of it. All good, no shade :-)

Looks awesome though a word of caution on the "ex gamedev" note as there has been huge controversy over some creators recently where statements like that get into some hot water. If you actually coded and were an actual game developer then all good. :-)

It is harder than I thought it would be though I personally find it rewarding, and not like a DS3 endless phase, multi day attempt lol plus the atmosphere relaxes in between tricky runs

Not being from the US, the view I see from the outside is that, even if he admitted something, his "followers" would simply ignore, downplay or call it a hoax. He seems impenetrable to any negativity, it's like an alternative reality running along sane people where facts and morals don't matter.
