Our new study, led in collaboration with Helmholtz Munich as part of a global collaboration, was published yesterday.

It generated the first wheat pan-transcriptome – a comprehensive map of gene activity across multiple wheat varieties. rdcu.be/eJOPs

My PhD is focused on trait discovery in herb crops of the Apiaceae family. Together with Elsoms Seeds, we are exploring how low-cost genomics can accelerate breeding of these previously under-resourced crops. ^Charles
